Numerous integrated functions

In addition to standard functions such as the PID-position control, for example, there are several special functions for the application to procedural valves integrated into these electronics. This is also true for price sensitive products.

The electronics for valve actuators with wear-resistant brushless motors feature several integrated functions specific to applications: in case of overload it switches off with an alarm warning, the motor current and/or power is reduced if the temperature is too high. In order to reduce production costs it is possible to adapt to valves of different sizes by automatic setup routines. Manual operation is possible by two push buttons. The electronics come with two "sealing functions" for safe closing in the end position as well as an obstacle detection with optional, adjustable reversal.

  • Digital alarm output (max. 400 v; 0.12/0.3 A)
  • Position accuracy 0.4% (at low output force <0.2%)
  • "Sealing function"  for safe closing in the end position that can be switched off
  • Obstacle detection with optional, adjustable reversal
