Good news for automobile companies, suppliers and high-tech simulator manufacturers: the market's leading active simulator pedals have had their range of functions expanded once again. This means that the entire pedal system can now be mapped in the driving simulator with active force feedback pedals whose pedal force can be controlled in real time — for high-precision simulations and a 100% realistic driving experience.

The active SensoPedals Pro from Sensodrive are the leading pedal simulators on the market and open up unique application options thanks to their highly precise force feedback technology. The latest generation of the pedals, available as gas and brake pedals, have been enhanced once again with additional functions.
You can now control the gas and brake pedals' force in real time, for example. The pedal resistance characteristics can also be defined by more than 200 support points, enabling maximum precision when simulating a real pedal.
This feature is available directly in GUI software and allows you to design test scenarios with total flexibility. You can now switch between different vehicle types in seconds without needing mechanical changes.
The active SensoPedals Pro offer another unique advantage: unlike passive pedals, the force feedback can be actively adjusted for the driver in the simulator. In this way, even highly complex scenarios can be presented with total realism with the new SensoPedals Pro, e.g.:
• preventing further acceleration with increasing resistance from the accelerator pedal, e.g. when the set cruise control speed is reached or when approaching another vehicle.
• perception of braking force at the slip limit through precise ABS simulation
• warning force feedback or vibration patterns in the pedals in critical situations.
